If you have any guides or materials related to PCB design, such as recommended thermal pad (exposed pad) area ratio and stencil design for ADS5474-SP (QFP84), please provide them.

Hi JH,

Unfortunately, we do not have the gerber files or design files for this eval board any longer. Its over 20yrs old.

Please review the following documents for guidance on how to manufacture the pcb for the ground paddle of the ADC.
