Tool/software:
I am currently testing ADS1x48EVM with a PT1000 resistor in a ratiometric configuration, and see that they have placed a 680 ohm series resistance in the IEXC current loop. (See picture)
Can someone explain me why this is necessary and why this is 680 Ohm?
In the datasheet of the ADS1247 (page 77) i see that there is no series resistance in the current loop. Why not?
