AMC3336: On lower temperature (<7°C), DOUT stay 0V.

Hi I´m using AMC3336 at described in application-note (exactly). When decreasing temperature below 7°C, LDO_OUT voltage is reduced, causing DCDC_OUT voltage breaks down and DOUT stays on "0". I can replicate this failure on 3 tested boards, same behavior.
VDD is stable on 3.3V. There is no extra load (like described in datasheet).

Hi Jiri,

thank you for your fast response

I measured the diag pin refered to GND. In normal temperature, i measured 3.27V. Cooling down Pin trips to 0.04V. I measured also voltage between DCDC_IN and DCDC_GND. In normal operation, i got 2,25V, cooling down, it trips (its really a fast transition) to 2.02V.
