Hi Jeff,

Labview runtime 14 needs to be installed and will be installed during HSDCPro installation.  It is automatically checked so please uninstall and reinstall the SW.  During reinstall please make sure the Labview 14 Runtime is checked.

Also, did you have a previous version of LV installed on your PC?

Sometimes that can create a conflict.
