We are designing a jig board for evaluation of a board with four ADS52J90. Regarding the jig board, I plan to install 64 channels on one board, and I would like to evaluate the noise, linearity, dynamic range, and frequency characteristics of each CH. We plan to use the internal logic analyzer of the embedded FPGA for the acquired data, but since it is better to capture the data at once as much as possible, we have been thinking of a device that can output many CH.
Do you have any design, technical documentation, or recommendations for creating this fixture board?
