ADS127L11: ADS127L11 counter part with dual input

We do not have any dual channel versions of the ADS127L11.  We do have 4-channel (ADS127L14) and 8-channel (ADS127L18) versions, but these are in a 7mm x 7mm package.  Since you only need two channels, I think the smallest solution size for the ADC will be two of the ADS127L11 in the 3mm x 3mm QFN package.

Yes, you can directly connect a single-ended signal to the ADC AINP input; the AINN input would then be connected to either system ground or mid-scale (2.5V).

The ADC will provide better performance with a differential input drive, but many times, the ADS127L11 is not the limiting device in the signal chain, and using a simple single-ended connection will work well.

If you want to use a single-ended to differential input drive, then using a fully-differential amplifier will work well in this case.  We have several cookbook circuits that show how to do this.
