Tool/software:

Looking for at least a basic model that includes power consumption and input output impedances, etc. for simulation.

    Hi Brian,

    Unfortunately we do not have any SPICE model for that device.  We do have a model in TINA-TI for the DAC8820, which is the 16-bit variant.  It will provide nearly the same impedance and power consumption behaviors if you address it as a 14-bit input (GND the lower two input bits).
