ADC0804-N: Clarification on the die marking

Hello,

I have a part ADC0804LCN/NOPB with date code 1904+5 (I understand this device is obsolete). I would like to verify whether the die marking is genuine.

During die inspection, I could not find any TI or National Semiconductor logo. The die only shows the mask number ADC08A.

I have attached part images, die photos, and the package label for your reference. Could you please confirm if this is expected for this device?

On my side, I am only able to verify the top marking, and lot trace codes up to 12 months old. I recommend reaching out to the TI customer support center for further assistance.

Hi Jega,

I actually was able to verify the top marking and die marking. All is expected for this device.

The only thing I'm not able to verify is the lot trace code without having another team dig through the archives. Let me know if this is sufficient to close this.
