ADC3541: Single End

I think it is a differential input according to the data sheet, but is it possible to use it with Single End?

If it is possible to use it with Single End, could you tell me if the performance of the IC degrades or if there are any precautions in the circuit?

Are you referring to using the analog inputs single-ended, instead of differential?

Hi Nishie,

That is fine, you can do this.

Keep in mind that the converter may not be able to achieve fullscale and you will loose 6dB of dynamic range.

The unused pin will need a 0.1uF cap to ground and be tied to the VCM pin to hold the common mode voltage.
