In our custom board design, we are targeting an ADC that can support an input current of approximately 20 µA per channel with a total of 256 channels, interfacing with the Agilex 5 SoC.
Previously, we were using the ADAS1135 ADC, which provides only 755 nA per channel, and this is insufficient to meet our current signal requirements.
We request your recommendation for a suitable alternate ADC that satisfies the following specifications:

Input current per channel: ~20 µA

Total channels: 256 (or the closest feasible configuration)

Compatible with Agilex 5 SoC interface requirements (LVDS, SPI, or parallel as applicable)
If a single 256-channel ADC is not available, please advise on a feasible implementation using multiple lower-channel-count ADCs (for example, two 128-channel ADCs), including:

Daisy-chaining or parallel connection strategies to the Agilex 5 SoC

SPI/LVDS interface allocation for multiple ADC devices

Synchronization approach to ensure simultaneous sampling across all channels

Reference design or connection schematics illustrating channel routing and power considerations
Providing detailed connection diagrams or reference implementation guidelines for the lower-channel-count ADC approach would be highly appreciated to expedite our board design and integration.
