DAC43701: No output issue

Hi Teams,

The customer debugged DAC43701, and after powering it on, took the initiative to perform a soft reset, then read the D0 register. The read data was 0x0014, and then configured DAC-PDN to 00
Configure MARGIN_Ligh and MARGIN_Low
Then configure the DACDATA register, and after completion, pin out has no output
Could you please help me identify the problem? Thank you!

Hi Vayne,

It looks like you're reading the D0 register correctly. If you read back the DAC PDN bits and the DAC_DATA registers, do you see the data you wrote?

Also, may I ask if there is a sample program that can be provided to achieve a single DAC_out control output corresponding to the voltage value, which is convenient for customers to debug? Thank you

Hi Vayne,

I don't believe we have any sample programs besides the EVM and the EVM GUI. Have you done any programming to the NVM? When I start up the device, here's what I write:

0xD1 = 0x0000
0x21 = 0x0800

This lets me see midscale-voltage on the DAC output.
