I am looking for more documentation about the Interleaving Correction and the ADC Digital Gain unit for the ADS54J69.
We run into gain variation problems, when we initialize the JESD204B bus new. It happens sometimes, that one or both ADC channels show different gain after the initialization.
If we repeat it a couple times, it is possible to get to the original values back again, but more on coincidence.
Are there some registers we can manually setup to correct this behavior?
The ADC ADS54J66 and ADS54J40 have some registers documented for that in the data sheet (e.g.):
