We are working with an obsolete TI CCD sensor marked TC231-78 (additional marking: HA5101R; package type: gold ceramic DIP ).
However, we cannot find any datasheet, driver code, or technical documentation for this device on TI’s official resources.
We urgently need assistance with:
- Initialization driver code (including register configurations and timing control) to enable the CCD to capture images.
- Hardware integration guidance (e.g., power supply voltages, clock frequency specifications, data interface protocols).
- Any historical technical documents (datasheets, reference designs, application notes) related to this CCD.
