AFE4960PEVM: I cannot install the usb driver of the AFE4960PEVM.

Tool/software:

Hi, I have already installed the software of the AFE4960PEVM. 

 1) Bio-sensing_installer

 2) AFE4960PEVM_installer

Although, I connected the AFE4960PEVM and PC using USB cable, the AFE4960PEVM is not detected.

Two USB serial ports are detected only.

And the usb driver cannot be updated.

How can I solve the problem?
