ADS127L14: Request LT Spice model

I am working on a simulation that requires the LTspice model of the ADS127L18IRSHR and ADS127L14IRSHR . If the .asc file is not directly available, I would appreciate guidance on how to convert the provided model into an .asc file for use in LTspice.

Hello Arshad,

We are not able to provide LTspice models. We do have a model available for TINA-TI Spice. The model is for the single channel ADS127L11, but it identical for the ADS127L14.

ADS127L11 TINA-TI Reference Design

There is also an unpublished PSPICE model available as well. The below is an example design using the PGA855 and ADS127L21 (another single-channel version of the ADS127L14 model)
