Hello,
What gain error should be anticipated when using the ADS131M06/8 parts with an external voltage reference (for now considering that reference to be ideal)?
The datasheets for these devices show a typical gain error of +/-0.3%. This is higher than the listed 25C typical accuracy of the internal voltage reference of +/-0.1%. Thus this is suggestive that there are substantive gain error impacts within these devices separate from the reference. Is this the case?
