Hi team,
The datasheet mentions below. What will happne if some digital or analog input pins not are low level?

Noriyuki Takahashi
Hello Noriyuki Takahashi,
This requirement is needed to meet the ABS MAX specifications, which state no input pins can exceed the supply voltage by more the +/-0.3V, including during power-up.

If there is a voltage present on one of the analog or digital inputs that exceeds the supply voltage by more than +/-0.3V, then current can flow into the pin due to the internal ESD diode structures turning on. If this current is less than 10mA, it may cause the device to not reset properly during power-up, requiring another power cycle to recover proper operation of the ADC.
If the input current on the digital or analog input pins exceeds 10mA (or 100mA for more than a few milliseconds), then the device could be damaged.
