DAC82002: EVM software installation error 1003 - labview

DAC team,

Our customer is getting the following error when opening the DAC82002EVM software after installation. What should be done to resolve this?

The .exe file in the path does exist, but the \DAC82002\SW\Main.vi does not. It's an unusual filepath given it has a .exe in the middle of it.

Hi Darren,

I'm not seeing this error either of my computers when I install the GUI.

Can you please try completely uninstalling the GUI, make sure the board is unplugged from the computer, unzip the GUI files, and then fully download the GUI. Once it is fully downloaded, then plug in the board and see if you get the same error.
