Hello Reed,

Thank you for your post. Can you check how the EVM is enumerating under Device Manager? You may need to install the drivers manually:

6254.ADS1x9xEVM Signed Driver.zip

The above is the driver list of the device manager. Currently, it cannot be connected.

Have you tried using the GUI on Windows 11?

Could you please provide specific installation instructions for the GUI on Windows 11?

Hi Lang,

Based on the Device Manager image, it seems the driver is installed correctly. Can you try:

Remove the USB Serial device
Unplug the EVM
Close the GUI software
Plug in the EVM
Launch GUI

We have tried everything above but to no avail.

We then found a solution through other methods. We installed a Windows 10 system, and within that system, we installed a virtual machine for Windows 7. We then installed the GUI within the virtual machine, and it can be used normally. Thank you.

Thank you for the update. I'm surprised to hear what it took to get things working on your machine, but I'm glad you have found a way. So far we have not heard this feedback from many customers, but we will make a note of it.
