ADS8684A: ADS8684 with wrong Vref

Hello, i've 10 board where the Vref of ADS8684A is 3.75 volt and not 4.096 volt. This voltage is on the pin 7-REFCAP and 5-REFIO. See schematic below. Can you suggest somethig about this issue ? Thanks

    Hi Massimo,

    Thanks for your post. Some questions:

    1. Is the REFIO pin connected to anything else externally?
    2. Do you have other boards where the correct REFIO value is being measured?
    3. Could you probe AVDD on the boards that have 3.75V REFIO?
