Hello,

We are rapidly moving forward with a new PCB design with the TI ADC12xJ1600-Q1 which requires a new register configuration and JESD interface IP for our Ultrascale+ MPSOC to support both 2 and 4 channel modes.

We have tried all different ways to contact TI reps, to no avail so far for different reaons. This is becoming an obstacle for our project. I am hoping I can be assigned to a person for the help. Thank you and looking forward.

Good Morning Bob. We had worked with TI to develop an interface which need to set a few parameters to change the speed. We are trying to increase the JESD speed. We are wondering whether TI can continue to help us? We are worried to post too much detailed information. Can we go through our discussion via emails? Thank you.
