Hello,

My customer built a PBA for a board using AMC7904RGER, and below is the PCB mounting of the AMC7904.

Q1. Is the void level of the AMC7904 IC mounted on the PCB adequate to ensure that it will not cause any problems with the operation of the component?

Q2. If there is a standard or recommended level for void management range of ICs mounted on PCB, please let us know.
