Hi,

for a under sampling application we would need a bandwidth diagram of the device, and it is an important criterion if we change from another manufacturert to that device.

So, the performance of the S&H over frequency would be interesttin, especially over 1400 MHz. It would be nice to know the sensitivity loss at 2 GHz, 4 GHz and 6 GHz. 

So it should about -3dB around 1400 MHz. but how many dB at 6 GHz?

We know about loss in SNR, return loss, compression aso. So the signal could be as low as 200mV pp for testing so-20 dBFS or -10 dBFS.

Please can you provide some measurement data of that, just for information purposes. We know about device variations, process variations aso. But it will give us an important clue if we can use the device in our app.

So data like: On the eval board we tested with 400 mVpp or  -4 dBm  50 Ohm,

the signal amplitude was -6 dB at 2 GHz, -12 dB at 3 GHz, -20 dB at 4 GHz aso.

Could you please do that for us.
