AFE782H1: HART response Data transmitted from MCU received at host are not in order.

Hi,

We have setup AFE782H1 for DAC + HART using SPI communication. The responses from the MCU are sent to HART Modem when sniffed on a serial port looks like a part of previous response is sent along with the current response data, missing few bytes. These missed bytes from current response are seen transmitted in the next data transmission.

For now I'm flusing the Transmit FIFO buffer every time before sensing the response. However, is there a way to correct this without explicitly flusing the buffer every time.

Hi Abdul,

To get the setup correct, you have an MCU sending SPI HART commands to the AFE782H1, which is outputting the respective HART waveforms?

Can you share your configuration/register settings and the steps you are taking for transmitting HART? Please also share the circuit schematic you are using.
