they use ADS7253 as single end input.

What is the application and sampling rate that will be used? What is the nature of the input signal?

Joel,

Thank you for your responce.

This application is PCS. sampling rate is 500ksps per channel.

Input signal is Voltage monitor signal via operational amplifier

Hi Matsuoka-san,

Sorry for the late reply on this.

It will be important to know the bandwidth of the amplifier, but to start I recommend a 49.9Ω resistor, along with a 3900pF capacitor. This should achieve 12-bit settling in most cases.
