Dear Technical Support Team,

I'd like to comfirm read timing spec for SPI about ADS42LB69.

There is only read timing diagram.

Write timing has a spec like following "Table 9. Serial Interface Timing (Only when Serial Interface is Used)" image.png

 For reference, there is read timing for ADC3563.

    ttd,

    You are comparing a 3 wire device to a 4 wire device.  4 wire does not always have tri-state specs b/c there a dedicated channels for write and read from the device.  In this case it does float the SDOUT line when the device is in write only mode (bit A7 of the SDATA transaction).  We do not have specs on that but it can be estimated to be much less than 25ns since the maximum clock is 20MHz.
