AFE4960: I do not have access to the register maps and cannot read and write the data.

Dear TI support. Last month I made a request for accessing the information to work the the AFE4960 IC. But unfortunately my request is still pending. Actually we are doing a project on EEG signal collection and your product is very suitable fit to our project. The following information was asked by one of your colleagues about the project and I have tried to address all of them. If you still need any other information I will be happy to provide it you. We will be happy to acknowledge your product and your company in our publications. I will be looking forward for your help and support. Thannks in advance. 

  • End equipment and end application?
    • This is going to be used for a research project in Heidelberg University, Germany. Application is working on different EEG feature that we would acquire with this sensor. For example alpha waves which we could use for producing 0 and 1 logic for controling a small robot to move or stop. I want to use it for one of my bachelor students.   
  • Project timeline for production?
    • We want conduct this project in the next months.
  • Is this a new project or do you already have products in this application?
    • We do not have a project already in this domain.
  • Estimated yearly volume?
    • We are not going to produce a product.

    • We are not collabrating with any company.
  • Input requirements? (Number of channels, LEDs, Photodiodes, etc.)
    • For know we are gonna get one EEG channel.
  • Bio-signals being measured?  (Heartrate, Sp02, ECG, EEG, etc.)

  • Where are the bio-signals measured? (wrist, arms, chest, forehead, ear, etc.)
    • We plan to measure it on the head.
  • Any additional information we should know about?
    • The I2C therefore is one of the reasons i have selected the IC, cause it is easy to control from the MCU side.
