Hello,

The following is the schematic diagram of ADS7960. Could you please help me check if there are any issues? Can GPO0-3 pins float? Thanks.

    Hello,

    The 100Ω on the SPI pins is excessive. Usually 50Ω and below is sufficient to prevent overshoot and ringing while keeping edge transitions quick.

    Unused GPIO pins can be left floating.

    The supply decoupling looks good. 

    Can you share more on what signals the analog input pins will be connected to, and do you have a schematic to share of them?
