ADC1175: ADC1175 EVM circuit diagram and gerber data

Part Number: ADC1175

Hi all,

We are planning to design a prototype to obtain the analog value of the sensor.

We are considering ADC1175 because we need below.

1) +5 V interface with single power supply

2) Parallel connection

We would like to evaluate using ADC1175 EVM.

ADC1175EVM Texas Instruments | Development Boards, Kits, Programmers | DigiKey

However, since it is EOL, we cannot find a technical information such as schematics and gerber data on TI HP.

I would like to get technical information, is there any way?

Or do you have other recommended device?
