ADS131M02: Input Impedance Drift

Part Number: ADS131M02

Hi,

From the ADS131M02 Datasheet it says that Input Impedance value is 300KoHm.

Can you please specify the Input Impedance Drift (due to Temp.) of this value?

    The input impedance on this ADC is not a pure resistive input impedance and we do not have a drift specification for 300kohm. The input impedance is related to the modulator frequency and the gain you set, the figure 6-5 in ADS131M02 datasheet shows the plot of input impedance vs. gain in different modes at room temperature. The input impedance for G = 1 to 4 is fairly stable across temperature, but there is a device to device variation. For G >= 8,  there is a big swing in the impedance measurements and the input current can go in either direction.
