Respected Texas Instruments,
We are using ADS1292R for ecg and respiratory rate measurement.
Our end application environment is having high level of EMI noise. This noise is very troublesome particularly for respiratory signal as many times noise frequency overlapping with respiratory signal frequency.
We are using shielded cable for ECG and Respiratory signal acquisition.
1. Should we implement ECG Shield Driver circuit as given in ADS1292R evm user guide schematic (DNI portion) ? If yes, what are the recommended part numbers for U15, R41, C69 and C71?
2. What is the rationale behind ECG SHIELD DRIVER circuit?
3. Should we also connect SHIELD to connector backshell and also to ground?
