AMC7832EVM: Request for AMC7832 Evaluation Board Layout File

In our PA board we are using the AMC7832 bias chip. We have some doubts regarding the connection of the exposed pad and the ground split in the PCB layout. Could you please provide the layout file for the AMC7832 evaluation board? It would help us understand the recommended layout and grounding scheme.

    Hi Adhil,

    Here are the relevant images from the layer file. This is a 2 layer board, the top and bottom layers have a ground polygon. The thermal pad on the EVM is primary connected to ground through vias to the bottom layer. The top layer has a single trace connecting it directly to the ground pin.
