TSW14J58EVM: DATACONVERTERPRO-SW: Program freezes when starting up

Part Number: TSW14J58EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DAC38RF80EVM

Hello,

I have been using High Speed Data Converter Pro with my TSW14J56 board, and my DAC38RF80EVM on a Windows 11 Computer to date with no issue.

However, I recently tried to run the program on a new Windows 11 computer, and it just generates the GUI (two windows) and then freezes and does not proceed. I have tried it more than 5 times and waited as long as 30 minutes for the program to respond. I uninstalled and re-installed High Speed Data Converter Pro, and I tried to run it in Windows 7 compatibility mode. I tried running it with and without the hardware connected. All of these efforts failed to make the program run on my new computer (received less than 1 month ago). **EDIT: I noticed that the main GUI has a broken Run arrow. When I clicked this, it said the subvi "Multitone Generator.vi," part of NI_MAPro.lvlb was missing. I know these are part of Labview, but I need this to run on a machine without Labview. This executable is missing dependencies. The old computer I was running this on does have Labview installed.

  • Dear TI,

Please answer my question. I am really struggling with this for days. I have installed so many versions of Labview, Labview Runtime, and uninstalled and re-installed the software. There must be a reliable solution. Is there an older version of HSDC Pro that does not have this error that I could download?
