ADC Eval board

I am looking for an ADC eval board. 

I don't have any application in mind, just want one to play around and learn. 

Preferably 16 bit, >1MSps, 2channel.

I already checked 8363 eval board. Any others?

    Hithesh,

    This is an unusual request for us to see on this forum, but it's very cool that you have a curiosity about ADCs!

    I might suggest the ADS1178. Its a delta-sigma converter and personally I think the delta-sigma architectures are pretty interesting to think about, there are no registers to program on the device so it's easy to play with, and it is a differential converter which will open some interesting things to consider. The device has a lot of features that you can explore as well, i.e. power down mode, high-speed/low-speed/high resolution/low resolution modes, daisy chaining, VCOM terminal etc etc.
