DAC7614: Required thermal information

Hi Sharath,

The datasheet shares a few of these:

Maximum Junction Temperature: +150°C
Operating Temperature Range: –40°C to +85°C

The other values may be very difficult to get based on the age of the device. I can take a look, but if I have to put in a thermal modeling request it could take up to 3 months to be completed.

The two packages will have different thermal properties. Can you specify which package you need this information for?
