Hi TI Team,
I am designing a force plate intended to read eight independent 6-wire load cells. I am evaluating the ADS131M08 for this application.
However, I noticed that the ADS131M08 only provides a single-ended REFIN pin. In a typical 6-wire load cell application, we rely on differential reference inputs (REFP and REFN) connected across the sense lines to achieve a true ratiometric measurement.
My questions are:
How does TI recommend implementing a ratiometric measurement for multiple 6-wire load cells using the ADS131M08, given the single REFIN pin limitation?
What are the key differences between the ADS131M08 and the ADS131E08?
