DAC34SH84: Output inconsistency

Part Number: DAC34SH84

Hello,

I've been trying to use the DAC34SH84 EVM board to generate sinusoidal tones between 70MHz and 130MHz. I generate an IQ baseband signal between -30MHz and +30MHz via an FPGA, which is then mixed with the onboard NCO running at 100MHz to get the wanted result.

The output of the DAC is correct maybe 1 out of 20 times. When the output is correct, I can play with the configuration, turn on and off the clock, unsync it resync it and when the correct settings are put, the output is correct. Powercycling the device snaps it out of this state, and the output frequencies are no longer what I expect (the FPGA isn't powercycled). Re-powercycling the device will eventually make it work but not consistently.

Here's an image of the rare but correct output:

And another image of the incorrect but common output:

I also attach the configuration file here: configuration.txt

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
