AFE5818: AFE5818 test waveform abnormal

Part Number: AFE5818

I configured the AFE5818 to test mode so that D1~D16 and FCLK alternate output 01, but in the waveform captured by the ILA, FCLK and D6/8/9/12 are always 1. I want to know what is causing this?
