I have a few questions regarding DAC39RF10-SP.
 
1. Could you confirm whether the package uses a ceramic or organic substrate?

2. Is this device compliant with MIL-PRF-38535 Organic Class-Y?
 
3. Regarding screening and QCI:
   We found some information in the following document:
DAC39RF10-SP Production Flow and Reliability Report (Rev. A)
 
Do you have more detailed information, such as:
   - Sample sizes (lot size / number of units tested)
   - Screening flow
   - Test conditions and acceptance criteria
 
Any additional documentation would be appreciated.
