is there a functional safety documentation (FS manual, FMEDA) available for the ADS124S06?

    welcome to our e2e forum and thanks a lot for your interest in our ADCs.

    Unfortunately we don't offer a Safety Manual or FMEDA for the ADS124S06.
    In general TI only provides Safety Manuals and FMEDAs for devices that are developed according to TI's process for the development of functional safe hardware. This process is certified by TÜV Süd to be compliant with the requirements of ISO 26262 and IEC 61508. We classify those devices as "Functional Safety Compliant" in TI.
    In some rare cases TI does get devices certified after-the-fact by e.g. TÜV if the device has not been developed according to this process. This is a very lengthy process though.

    For catalog devices not developed according to above mentioned process we can provide a document which states the FIT rate, simplified failure mode distribution, and Pin FMA.
