In a physical design, verify that the bottom FB resistor terminates at VSNS(-) when remote sensing is used. Because this is a simulation, your design will work fine. The 0.1uF capacitor should be connected across the sense lines (across Vout and VSNS(-) in a physical design, and across Vout and GND in your simulation), shown in box B.
