Dear forum members,

Could you please comment on the following?

What is the expected temperature accuracy of the intenal temperature senser across a temperature range of -40 to +125 Deg C?

    Hi Ben,

    without any calibration on your end you should expect an accuracy of around +/-4°C for the internal temperature sensor.
    If you implement an offset calibration at a known temperature you should be able to improve that to about +/-2°C. With additional gain calibration you should be able to improve that further.

    I hope to add a plot of the temperature sensor characteristic in a future datasheet revision.
