Dear Team,
we are using the ADS8686S to measure simultaneously AC voltages at two channels (A and B). The AC frequency range is from 300Hz upto 5kHz and the sampling frequency is 1MSPS. We are only interested in measuring the amplitude of the AC signal. The phase relationship is not important at all.
Q1: How can we calculate the mismatch between both channels for the AC signals. Datasheet specifies the SNR, SINAD, THD and SFDR. For me it is not obvious, how to calclulate the mismatch in mV or uV out of those parameters.
For the mismatch I would tend to use the gain error matching which is max. 20LSB for +/-10V range - but this is a DC performance parameter. Any help is appreciated.
