DAC8742HEVM: Connection with USB2ANY HPA665 has facing problem

Hi, 

I am trying to use DAC8742HEVM via USB2ANY. The problem I am facing is decribed as:

  1. If I connect DAC8742HEVM and then plug-in the USB2ANY, it gives me a message saying firmware needs to be upgraded to 2.9.1.2 but doesn't require an internet connection!

     

  2. When I click OK, the window changes to Firmware Loader but the info is incomplete. However, at this point the pc has detected it as a MSP-430 Based HID Device.
  3. I didn't found BSL button.

After, this Procedure how DAC8742H signal will be checked?

    Priyanka, 

    You should be able to find the BSL button next to the USB connection. There is a little hole where a paper clip can be inserted to press the button. You'll need to be able to hold this button down during the upgrade process. Here's a picture from one of our user's guides. 

    After that, you should be able to run the DAC8742HEVM GUI.
