TPS65982: TPS65982 USB3.0 only application

I'm using the TPS65982 in combination with the TUSB1146. With my configuration, 2-lanes DP/USB3.0 and 4-lanes DP work. When I try to use USB3.0 only, I can see that my USB3_event doesn't trigger. I want this to work correct. Is there any way to fix this problem?

usb3.0 only: DP mode event = 0V USB3 event = 0V

2-lanes dp/usb3.0: DP mode event = 3.3V USB3 event = 3.3V

4-lanes dp : DP mode event = 3.3V USB3 event = 0V

I am using the Texas Instrument TPS6598x Application Custumization Tool V6.1.4. It is used to combine displayport and usb3.0 on a single type-C cable. We also want to use this circuit for USB3.0 only applications.
