    Do you mean to ask the materials used for the lead frame plating? or could you please explain what you mean with termination/plating details?

    As per our understanding, this component plating material is Nickel over Gold with Palladium underplating--is it correct ?

    Can you confirm whether these details are captured in Component Technical Data sheet ?

    If yes, please share data sheet page no. reference.
