Hi Anjana,

We don't have an exact value here, as we did not test it. We did test at 55C though. Using the calculators on this page, you can calculate to see how the MTBF value changes over temperature: Reliability calculators | TI.com. I got an estimated 1.21e+10 MTBF value at 25C.
