Dear TI Support Team,
We are evaluating the TPS56121DQPR and would appreciate if you could share the following data:
- Efficiency derating curves or efficiency vs. load data at Ta = 125°C (and other temperatures if available).
- Thermal derating information and maximum output current capability at elevated junction to ambient temperatures for finding the high side and low side resistance of the MOSFET for calculating the losses.
- Integrated MOSFET parameters for both High-Side and Low-Side FETs: Qg, Qgs, Qgd, Rise Time (tr) and Fall Time (tf), VDS rating, VGS(th) / Vth, Ciss, Coss, and Crss
- Any available switching loss, thermal characterization, or reliability data.
- The datasheet provides efficiency data at 25°C and output current derating curves, but we could not find the above characterization data. Any available test reports, EVM results, or application notes would be greatly appreciated.
