Hello Avijeet,

Overall, I did not see any significant issues with the schematics. I am recommending changing the CLKIN and START distribution to use a single isolation channel for each and then use the LMK1C1106 to fanout these signals on the ADC ground side. If you were using a lower clock frequency, this would not be as much of a concern, but 32.768MHz reduces the timing window when using isolators.
