Hi,

 

The ADC is power up after the diff op amp.  VCM open in the diff op amp cause the output to be in the mid scall which is greater the the ADC input ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM RATINGS. To eliminate this I want to put Pull Down resistor (3.3K -> ~300 uA when VCM is 0.9V) on the VCM.

    is it acceptable?
